Page crowned NCAA National Champion

Joshua Page, Myles Sams, and Kevin Hornbeak represented Tiffin University men's track and field in Indianapolis on Saturday on the final day of the NCAA Indoor National Championships.   

Page took home the 400 meter dash indoor title, crossing the line 45.78 seconds. That time is also a new school record as he breaks his previous own record time of 46.06 seconds. Page also competed in the 200 meter dash and finished fourth with a time of 20.85 seconds.  

Sams competed in the triple jump and finished 11th with a mark of 14.89 meters (48' 10.25"). Hornbeak finished his strong indoor season with a seventh place finish, recording a mark of 17.91 meters (58' 9.25").  

The Dragons will now look forward to outdoor season which begins on March 28.
