Eagle Women No. 10, Men No. 14 In First Regular-Season USTFCCCA Rankings

The first U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) 2024-25 regular-season indoor NCAA Division II Rating Index was released on Tuesday (Feb. 4) morning, and Ashland University's women's team sits at No. 10, while the Eagle men's team is at No. 14.
 
Ashland's women have 77.62 ranking points this week, the majority of which come from their No. 1-2 weight throwers in Division II:
  • Sophomore Molly Winner (first in D-II, 20.04 meters/65-feet-9, 23.60 points).
  • Sophomore Leslie Pollock (second in D-II, 19.74 meters/64-feet-9¼, 20.79 points).
The Eagle men garnered 58.80 ranking points in the latest release, and most of those are from: Ashland's women and men will play host to the fourth Jud Logan Light Giver Open at the Niss Athletic Center on Friday and Saturday (Feb. 7-8). More information on the home meet is HERE.
