GASTONIA, N.C.- The Kentucky Wesleyan men’s bowling team repeated as Great Midwest Champions as the league hosted their third combined championship with Conference Carolinas.
The Panthers finished the highest of participating Great Midwest teams on the men’s side. Between both sides, Belmont Abbey claimed their second straight title.
KWC advanced to the mega match round, where they went head to head with Belmont Abbey. The Panthers were within six pins heading into the mega match before falling short with a total pinfall of 923.
Thomas More’s Carter Wahl, and KWC’s Seth Koloski and Austin Bickers represented the G-MAC on the All-tournament team.
