GAME HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Ashland remains at the top of the standings, going 1-0-1 during week seven. Dani Hicks continues to lead the league in virtually every offensive statistics including shots per game (4.31), shots on goal (32), goals (9), assists (7), and points (25). Hicks’ teammate Emily Pate earned offensive player of the week honors after accounting for both of Ashland’s goals.
  • The Tiffin Dragons stunned the Cedarville Yellow Jackets in a 1-0 win. Goalkeeper Aubree Lee was outstanding for the Dragons, registering a perfect 14 saves on 14 shots on goal. The win was the first team Tiffin defeated a nationally-ranked opponent since 2006.
  • Findlay tabbed two shutouts, one against Malone and one against Thomas More. The two wins pushed the Oilers to second place, just one point behind Ashland.
  • The Walsh Cavaliers shutout Kentucky Wesleyan 6-0, with six different individuals finding the back of the net. Kate Young, Carli Miller, Jamie Duskey, Katie Corrigan, Mack White, and Audrey Johnson all contributed to the final score.
