OWENSBORO, Ky. – The University of Findlay Men’s Golf team claimed their second Great Midwest Title Wednesday afternoon. Findlay edged top-seeded Kentucky Wesleyan 3-2 in Wednesday’s medal match after the Panthers had the best team score after 54 holes.
 
Findlay’s Austin Boley, Luke Metzger, and Donnie Professori did their part in securing the Oiler’s championship by defeating their opponents.
 
The Oilers officially punched their ticket as an automatic qualifier to the NCAA Midwest Regional.
 
Coming in, Findlay was ranked 6^th in the region, along with Tiffin at No. 7 and Malone at No. 11.
 
The NCAA Men’s Golf Selection Show is scheduled for Friday, April 26, with the national championship to take place on May 21-25 in Winter Garden, Florida.
