INDIANAPOLIS – With the fall season of 2020-21 winding down, a new men’s award was released for the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Golf Athlete of the Week honor on Wednesday afternoon.

During Trevecca’s third event of the fall, Ramos ended up in a three-way tie for runner-up honors at the Music City Invitational in Hermitage, Tenn.
 
Ramos was deadlocked with teammate Ryan Rozic and Ohio Dominican’s Robert Holden while helping leading the Trojans to a third-place team finish.
 
The talented trio posted a two-round score of 140 (-4), just one stroke off the medalist pace set by Zach Breault of Southern Indiana.
 
Ramos had the best round of the group following a 4-under par 68 in his first round. The Trojans would fire rounds of 283 and 288.
 
The tournament field included Hillsdale, Ohio Dominican and Kentucky Wesleyan, representing the Great Midwest.
 
Ramos improved his season scoring average to 75.50 through 8 rounds played. It was his first top-10 finish.
