INDIANAPOLIS - Trevecca Nazarene sophomore Larken Whittemore was named the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Men's Golf Athlete of the Week again on Monday.

Whittemore has been a model of consistency for Trojans and around the G-MAC, keeping his lead in season scoring average through the majority of the season.

His latest effort at the Skyhawk Invitational resulted in a tie for medalist honors following round of 72 and 74 for a two-day total of 146.

The Trojans finished in third overall out of 15 teams competing. Whittemore has now placed in the top 10 in five of TNU's six total events in the 2016-17 season.

His scoring average now sits at 73.52 and the Trojans lead all G-MAC teams in scoring at 299.84 per round.
