GREENWOOD, Ind. – Davis & Elkins junior was named the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Men’s Tennis Athlete of the Month for October on Tuesday.
 
Hamon made his season debut and handled Fairmont State’s No. 1, Aaron Leo, in straight sets.
 
D&E would go on to win by a score of 7-2. Hamon was also part of the No. 3 doubles victory as he and Tristram Spitsnaugle won by an 8-2 decision.
 
The Senators will head into the spring unbeaten at 2-0 following the shortened fall campaign.
