INDIANAPOLIS- Ashland and Findlay remain as the only two teams with a perfect conference record of 4-0.
GAME HIGHLIGHTS:
- Ashland put up a dominant win over Tiffin, limiting the Dragons to just six goals. Rachel Crumbacher put the Eagles on the board after connecting with Ashley Drexler to put Ashland ahead 1-0. Lauren Walsh answered to tie the game at the 10:45 minute mark. Crumbacher would go on to score six additional goals, finishing the game with a high of 7. She added three assists to total 10 points on the day.
- The Oilers posted a 2-0 week, with wins over Ursuline and Lake Erie. Findlay’s defense was dominant in a 16-1 win against the Arrows, allowing just five shots on goal. Caroline Weber earned the win in goal, with four saves. Weber and the Oilers went on to defeat Lake Erie, as she added another two saves for the week. Amelia Dillon scored a game-high four goals.
- Malone and Thomas More went head-to-head, with the Pioneers eventually coming out on top in a 19-12 battle. Sydney Atkinson recorded a high of 15 saves on the day to earn the win. Abbey Burns went 6-10 on the day, while also picking up five ground balls. Alana Samek added four goals in the win.
- Northwood’s Gabby Wilson stuffed her stat line with four goals and five assists, while adding eight ground balls and causing one turnover in an 18-1 win over Ursuline.
