The Oilers would bounce back winning games 2 and 3 before the Dragons won game 4 to even the series. The Dragons were led in game 1 by Brandon Swope who struck out a career high 11 batters on the mound to earn the win across 5 innings of work. In game 2 Findlay bounced back with a stellar mound performance as they blanked Tiffin 7-0. Carson Mellott started for the Oilers and went the distance to collect the win and 10 strikeouts on the mound while only surrendering 1 hit. Findlay came back on day 2 to win game 3 of the series 4-3 after a two run bomb in the 7th was the deciding factor. Game four was all Dragons as Jayden Leach lifted a grand slam with two outs in the bottom of the ninth to walk it off for the Dragons.
  • Northwood vs. Hillsdale (Northwood wins the series 3-1) Northwood earned a series win over Hillsdale this weekend after taking games 1, 3, and 4. Game 1 was highlighted by winning pitcher Tyler Sager who went 7.1 innings and allowed zero runs. The Timberwolves went on the win 8-4. Game two was all Chargers as they hit a solo home run in the first to get things started. Eventually Hillsdale would plate a total of 7 runs to win 7-1. However, Northwood bounced back and took both games on day 2 to secure the series. Brennan Hallman led the Northwood offense in game 1 going 3-4 with 2 doubles, 2 runs, and an RBI. Game 2 was led by Evan Kavalick who went 3-3 with a triple, 1 run, and 6 RBI’s.

Day 1 saw two extra inning games where the Storm were led by Micah Geise who hit two home runs in game 1 to win 9-7. Game 2 was led by Luke Reasor who went 8 innings and allowed only 3 runs to earn the win for Lake Erie. Ashland overcame the rough day and took home a pair of wins 5-3 and 4-0 wins to split the series. The Eagles pitching staff led the way allowing only 3 runs on day 2.
  • KWC vs. Cedarville (Series Split 1-1) Cedarville travels to Kentucky Wesleyan on Monday for a conference series that got pushed back due to weather. The series is currently split and will be wrapped up on Tuesday.
  • ODU vs. Thomas More (Series split 2-2) ODU hosted Thomas More this Easter weekend where each team walked away with two wins. • Malone vs. Walsh (Walsh leads series 2-0) Due to weather Malone and Walsh have only been able to play two games of the series and will finish the last two games Tuesday and Wednesday.
