Series HIGHLIGHTS:
- Cedarville vs. Findlay (Findlay wins series 4-0) Findlay continued its strong conference momentum with a four-game sweep over Cedarville. The Oilers trailed late in game one but rallied with four runs in the ninth to tie before securing an 8-6 win in extra innings, scoring three in the tenth. Junior Aiden Booth led the way with three hits. Findlay’s pitching staff proved dominant throughout the series, holding the Yellow Jackets to just four total runs across the final three games.
- Thomas More vs. Ashland (Ashland wins series 3-1) Ashland took three of four on the road at Thomas More. The Eagles opened the series with a 6-5 extra-inning victory, highlighted by a two-run home run from redshirt freshman Drew Stevens. Thomas More responded with a decisive 15-5 win in game two, but Ashland regained control, winning the final two games 4-1 and 10-3 to secure the series.
- Northwood vs. Malone (Series split 2-2) Malone came out strong on day one, sweeping Northwood behind a combined 30-hit performance in 14-3 and 5-3 victories. Northwood responded emphatically on day two, winning 6-1 and 16-6 to even the series. Caden Duryea led the Timberwolves’ surge, going 5-for-6 with two home runs on the second day.
- KWC vs. Tiffin (KWC wins series 3-1) Kentucky Wesleyan claimed three of four from Tiffin after dropping the opener. Tiffin’s Brandon Swope earned his first win of the season in game one, tossing five innings with four strikeouts. The Panthers bounced back, highlighted by a walk-off win in game two on a double by senior Logan Molnar. Redshirt sophomore Liam Hutson fueled the offense on day two, collecting four hits in eight at-bats, including a leadoff home run.
- Hillsdale vs. ODU (Series split 2-2) Hillsdale and Ohio Dominican split their four-game series. The Chargers opened with an 8-0 shutout behind eight scoreless innings from Brenden Smith. Ohio Dominican answered with back-to-back wins (3-2 and 14-7) before Hillsdale edged out a 5-4 victory in the finale. Gaard Swenson contributed offensively for the Chargers, going 2-for-3 with a triple in the final game.
- Lake Erie vs. Walsh (Walsh wins series 3-1) Walsh secured a series win over Lake Erie, taking three of four games. After a tight start in game one, the Cavaliers pulled away late. Game two saw Walsh build an early lead and hold off a late Lake Erie push. The Storm claimed game three with a seven-run surge, but Walsh closed the series strong in game four behind Hayden Hrach, who allowed just two hits over seven innings while striking out seven and carrying a no-hitter through five.
