TIFFIN, Ohio – Redshirt senior Jacob Tueimeh represented the Tiffin University football team on the D2Football.com Elite 100 Watch List that was released on Wednesday.
 
The D2Football.com was selected by the staff of D2Football.com with input from numerous sitting head coaches and professional football scout Josh Buchanan. The team includes first and second team selections for offense, defense and special teams along with 25 "Squad" players for offense and defense. Tuiemeh was a named to the First Team and the full D2Football.com Elite 100 can be found here.
 
Tueimeh had a steller season on the gridiron last fall leading the squad in solo tackles (68), assisted tackles (35) and total tackles with 103. The Cincinnati, Ohio native also forced a team-best three fumbles and was a First Team All-GMAC selection along with earning D2CCA Second Team All-Region honors.
 
The Dragons open the 2026 season with a road matchup against Carson-Newman slated for Thursday, August 27. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at Burke-Tarr Stadium. Tiffin will make its home debut hosting Thomas More University on Saturday, September 19 at 4 p.m. for Homecoming at Frost-Kalnow Stadium.
