Hillsdale's Noah Larrick Tabbed 2026 Scholar-Athlete of the Year

INDIANAPOLIS- After a conclusive vote from the league’s Faculty Athletic Representatives, Hillsdale’s Noah Larrick was officially unveiled as the winner of the 2025-26 Great Midwest Athletic Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year award recipient.
 
The Great Midwest Scholar-Athlete of the Year is traditionally presented on an annual basis for an individual deemed to have completed the most outstanding record in athletics, scholarship, and leadership.
 
Larrick, a native of New Concord, Ohio is a football student-athlete who was the class of 2026 Valedictorian with a perfect 4.0 GPA as a Biochemistry major.
 
During the 2025 season, Larrick was the Elite 26 Award recipient for football after posting the best GPA and highest number of credit hours among his peers.
 
The tight end appeared in 11 games for the Chargers, playing a crucial role on special teams. He led Hillsdale to qualify as the conference’s representative at the Albanese Candy Bowl.
 
He was awarded the Junior Marsden Award for outstanding research in Biochemistry and was the college’s Male Scholar Athlete of the Year for back-to-back years.
 
Larrick is a member of several prestigious organizations including the Beta Beta Beta National Biology, Phi Kappa Phi All- Discipline, and Sigma Zeta National Science and Math honoraries, where he serves as the president.
 
In the community, he volunteers at Hillsdale Hospital and Genesis Hospital as a lab technician and serves as part of the surgery team. He also led the football program’s NMDP Bone Marrow registry drive and serves as a youth mentor for local elementary school kids.
 
This is the second consecutive year a student-athlete from Hillsdale was awarded the Scholar-Athlete of the Year, after basketball student-athlete Charles Woodhams won in 2025. Larrick becomes the fifth Charger to win the award, since joining the conference in 2018.
