INDIANAPOLIS- The Great Midwest Athletic Conference released an update of the Presidents’ Cup standings heading into the spring championship season. The Findlay Oilers remain at the top of the standings with a total of 107.5 points.
The Oilers once again swept the swimming & diving championship for the third year in a row. Men’s and Women’s Basketball also saw successful seasons, advancing to the semifinal rounds of the G-MAC tournament.
Not far behind Findlay are the Ashland Eagles with 101.5 points. The Eagles saw success in indoor track & field, with the men capturing their first-ever Great Midwest Title and the women winning their third consecutive championship.
The Cavaliers jumped the Yellow Jackets in the race for the 2025-26 Presidents’ Cup with a total of 81.5 points to finish off the winter championship season. The men’s basketball team earned the most points after winning the regular season. The women’s basketball team also collected 10 points after earning the No. 4 seed in the postseason tournament.
Cedarville and Tiffin round out the top five of the standings. The Yellow Jackets sit at fourth place with 78.5 points, while the Dragons are not far behind with 71.0 points.
The Presidents’ Cup is awarded to the institution that collects the highest tally of points based on regular season winning percentage (standings) or individual meet results (sports with no conference regular season schedule) through the completed spring championship season.
