Findlay's Noah Fisher Voted Male Collegiate Achievement Winner

INDIANAPOLIS- Noah Fisher of the University of Findlay has earned the Great Midwest Athletic Conference’s highest honor. Fisher, who is a standout cross country and track & field student-athlete, is the 2025 Great Midwest Collegiate Achievement Award winner and will be recognized at the conference’s awards banquet Tuesday, May 20.
 
Fisher, a native of Defiance, Ohio made his mark during his five years at Findlay. He led the Oiler cross country team to their first National Championship appearance in program history and graduated as a seven-time United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic recipient.
 
He leaves Findlay with eight individual track & field G-MAC titles and three Cross Country Runner of the Year selections. During his five years as an Oiler, Fisher has collected three all-American honors.
 
Fisher is also lauded for his involvement in the community, offering coaching to several Northwest Ohio athletes since 2019. He also is an active volunteer with Cancer Patient Services at multiple events to raise money for cancer care in the Findlay community.
 
 "Noah has been everything you want to see in a student athlete. His dedication to his sport, teammates and coaches exemplifies his character and is a true testament to what success means,” said Findlay Athletic Director Jim Givens.  “I'm very proud to have been able to watch him grow and become the person he is today!”
 
Noah Fisher currently holds the top time in both the 8k and 10k in the Findlay record books. His 8K time of 23:45.90 is ranked third in G-MAC history.
