After beating two nationally-ranked teams in the first tournament of the season, Ashland University's baseball team has moved up 10 spots to No. 19 in the first American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) regular-season poll of 2025, released on Tuesday (Feb. 18) morning.
The Eagles are 2-1 following three games at the Houston Winter Invitational – the two victories coming against then-No. 23 Arkansas Tech and then-No. 19 Arkansas-Monticello.
Ashland, chosen to win the Great Midwest Athletic Conference's North Division this spring, is scheduled to play three games on Saturday and Sunday (Feb. 22-23) against Concord (2-3) at Tomassi Stadium and Donges Field at the Archer Ballpark Complex.
