Fourth Annual Men's Lacrosse Challenge Cup is Back

INDIANAPOLIS- The Great Midwest Athletic Conference and the East Coast Conference (ECC) are battling it out for regional supremacy on the lacrosse field. Five teams from each league will square off in the Great Midwest-ECC Lacrosse Challenge Cup event throughout the spring.
 
The first match is set to take place Saturday, Feb. 25 between Roberts Wesleyan, and Davis & Elkins.
 
Walsh will face Frostburg State on March 11th followed by Seton Hill and Molloy on the 25th.
 
A Top 5 matchup is set to take place between Mercyhurst (No. 2) and Mercy (No.3) on April 1.
 
Lake Erie at D’Youville concludes the five-game series on April 5th.
 
The 2023 season marks the fourth year of the challenge, with the East Coast Conference securing the title in 2022 and the Great Midwest taking the cup in 2021. In conjunction with the annual challenge, the East Coast and Great Midwest conferences will each donate to Team Impact on behalf of their men’s lacrosse programs.
