Standouts from Walsh, Findlay and Ashland highlight the 2022 Great Midwest women's lacrosse award winners and all-conference team, compiled from a vote of the conference's head coaches. Walsh's Hannah McFeeters was named both Great Midwest Midfielder of the Year as well as the Elite 25 award winner for academic excellence, while Ashland's Cassady Becker was voted the conference's attacker of the year.

Findlay's Rachel Bornstein was picked as the top goalkeeper in the conference and Halle Kotulock of Walsh was named top defender along with teammate Rachel Black collecting freshman of the year honors. Matt Shields of Walsh and Allison Kelly shared Great Midwest Women's Lacrosse Coach of the Year honors.

McFeeters, a senior from Pickerington, Ohio, led the conference this season in points, goals and shots per game while ranking third in the league in caused turnovers and fifth in draw controls. She also owns a 4.0 GPA in communications at Walsh. Becker, a junior from Sunbury, Ohio, was second in the conference in both points and goals per game while ranking third in shots and ninth in assists.

Kotulock, a senior at Walsh out of Wooster, Ohio, was among the league leades in caused turnovers (6th) and draw controls (8th).
