INDIANAPOLIS – Findlay and Tiffin earn this week’s Great Midwest Athletic Conference Player of the Week honors as announced Tuesday afternoon.

The Oilers split this week with an overtime win at McKendree and a loss at Lindenwood. Burud scored five goals and assisted on one, while scoring on five of six shot attempts (.833). She also picked up six ground balls through two games. 
 
The senior leads the team in goals (10), assists (5), and groundballs (18). She ranks third in the conference in assists per game and sixth in goals per game.

Despite losses to Slippery Rock and Mercyhurst, Hamilton was a force on the defensive end for the Dragons. The senior midfielder picked up nine ground balls and caused seven turnovers through two games.
 
Hamilton repeats as Player of the Week, after earning Offensive Player of the Week honors following 11 goals in two games. She added six more goals this week for a total of 17 on the season, which ranks her second in the league.
