INDIANAPOLIS – Student-athletes from Tiffin and Ursuline were the recipients of the new Great Midwest Athletic Conference Women’s Lacrosse Players of the Week as announced on Tuesday morning.

Hamilton has been regularly featured and earned her third conference offensive player of the week honor as Tiffin defeated Alderson Broaddus in conference play.
The skilled junior had an impact on both sides of the field as she finished with six goals on just seven shots.
She also had six ground balls, three draw controls and was credited with three caused turnovers, in Tiffin’s fifth win of the spring.
It also marked Tiffin’s first conference contest in women’s lacrosse. The Dragons had just finished playing three consecutive nationally-ranked opponents in Regis, Colorado Mesa and Lindenwood, in order.
Hamilton is currently the top point scorer (46) and goal scorer (38) in the conference as the Dragons have played 10 games.

Westerville, OH (Saint Francis De Sales HS)
Gilmore and the Arrows were able to get out to a 1-0 start in the conference schedule with a close win over Alderson Broaddus.
UC played two games on the week, both on the road, and the other included a non-conference game against the College of Wooster.
Gilmore had five ground balls and force three turnovers in the win over the Battlers. She also had three assists.
Against Wooster, she had seven more ground balls and forced one turnover while taking five shots.
