INDIANAPOLIS – Ninth-ranked Seton Hill swept Great Midwest Athletic Conference Men’s Lacrosse Players of the Week honors as announced on Tuesday. 
 
The Griffins bounced back from a pair of tough losses vs. two of the toughest teams in the USILA Poll with back-to-back wins against Chestnut Hill and nationally-ranked No. 14 Lindenwood.

Johnson scored a combined eight points (6 G, 2 A) for the Griffins against Chestnut Hill and No. 12 Lindenwood. 
 
He took just seven shots, six of which were on target, and added one ground ball and a caused turnover in each contest. 
 
Johnson’s first goal against Chestnut Hill gave the Griffins a 7-5 advantage with 6:26 to go in the first half. He also opened the game’s scoring in the second half with another goal that put SHU up 10-6. 
 
Against Lindenwood, he found the net twice in a one-minute span that both tied and put the Griffins up by one going into the half. He earlier assisted on two of SHU’s goals in the first half as well.
 
In four games played with two starts this spring, Johnson now has eight goals and three assists for 11 points.

An All-American, conference keeper of the year, first team all-conference pick and now three-time defensive player of the week selection, Eismann is one of the most decorated student-athletes in the league’s young history.
 
In both of Seton Hill’s victories, the junior combined for 22 stops and faced a total of 70 shots from both Chestnut Hill and Lindenwood.
 
He received both winning decisions and had a save percentage of .564 to help the Griffins improve to 4-2 on the season. 
 
Eismann made eight saves against Chestnut Hill and he was credited with 14 more while giving up just seven goals against Lindenwood.
