INDIANAPOLIS – Alderson Broaddus’ Jasmine Barham and Emily Petrole were named Great Midwest Athletic Conference Players of the Week on Monday.
Barham received the offensive award for the fourth time this season alone while Petrole collected defensive status for the second time in her career.
Barham was selected offensive player of the week following her four goals, four assists performance versus Ursuline in a conference showdown that salvaged a regular-season series split agains.
The four goals and four assists raised her senior totals to 28 goals and 18 assists. The honor was her fourth conference offensive player of the week award of the season.
Petrole was honored as the defensive player of the week for the first time this season. She allowed only six goals while recording eight saves in the game against Ursuline to earn the winning decision.
For the season Petrole has played 240 minutes in goal while recording 24 saves.
