INDIANAPOLIS - Alderson Broaddus sophomore attacker Krista Cooper and Ursuline sophomore defender Emma Barnes were selected as Great Midwest Athletic Conference Women’s Lacrosse Players of the Week on Monday.
 
The Battlers competed in a single match this Saturday and won a conference matchup against Davis & Elkins. Cooper scored five goals in the match, including the game-winning0goal and she also added an assist.
                 
Barnes, in an Arrows 19-11 win over Hiram College on Friday, tallied four ground balls and a caused turnover.
 
Alderson Broaddus sits at 5-5 on the year, second in the conference only to Ursuline which stands at 7-5.
