INDIANAPOLIS – Ursuline’s Abigail Neeley and Natalie Nowicki were named Great Midwest Athletic Conference Women’s Lacrosse Players of the Week on Monday.
 
Neeley racked up offensive honors and Nowicki was tabbed for defensive recognition. Both made a significant impact in the Arrows’ outcome against Trine, a 20-2 UC win.
 
Neeley finished with three goals and one assist. She was one of three Arrows to finish with four points in the game.
 
Nowicki had strong offensive numbers with two goals and two assists but also added defensive value with five ground balls and a caused turnover.
 
The Arrows’ defense locked down Trine for just nine total shots and blanked their opponent at the end of the first half.
