CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Sophomore pitcher David Ledbetter and senior shortstop Alex Beelen have been named to the 2012 NCCAA All-America Baseball Team.

Ledbetter, a sophomore righthander from Fishers, Ind., was voted to the NCCAA All-America First Team after earning Second Team honors as a freshman. He was 7-3 with one save and a 1.62 earned run average.

In 66 2/3 innings pitched, Ledbetter struck out 77 batters and walked 20 while opponents hit just .170 off of him. He tossed three complete-game shutouts including two no-hitters.

Beelen, a native of Holland, Mich., repeated as an NCCAA All-America Second Team performer. He started all 51 games for the 38-13 Yellow Jackets batting .376 with 14 doubles and 33 RBI's.

Ryan Ledbetter, a redshirt freshman third baseman/pitcher, earned a spot on the NCCAA All-Tournament Team. In four games played, he batted .455 with a double and two RBI's while on the mound he saved both CU victories and struck out four in two innings pitched.
