Cedarville women finish 12th at NCAA regional

KENOSHA, Wis. - (courtesy of @CUYellowJackets) The Lady Jackets made their first-ever appearance in the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional and placed 12th in a field of 23 teams at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.

Cedarville finished with 330 points which was tops among four Ohio schools entered in the race. Grand Valley State won it with 45 points and Saginaw Valley was the runner-up with 110.

Alexandra Archambault placed 28th of 158 competitors in 22:17 for the 6,000 meters. Meghan Terrell was 51st in 22:44 and Carolyn Case was 66th in 23:04.

Rounding out CU's top seven were Grace Campbell (91st; 23:25), Neola Putnam (94th; 23:27), Tabitha DeHart (109th; 23:44), and Abby Wong (129th; 24:19).

The Jackets close out the season by hosting the NCCAA Championships on Nov. 10.
