Game Highlights:

• Findlay opened their season with three straight victories. In their season opener against West Virginia Wesleyan, the Oilers found a way to win with a late second half goal scored by senior Tyler Pawlicki.

 

• Thomas More began their season with a statement win against Shawnee State. The Saints recorded two goals per half, meanwhile sophomore goalkeeper Tim Tempel recorded two saves for the Saints, and held their opponent scoreless.

 

• Lake Erie ended the week going 1-1. However, the Storm picked up a notable 2-0 win against Gannon, who were an elite 8 team last season.

 

• Bouncing back after a loss, the Ashland Eagles earned themselves a 2-0 win against Millersville. Junior goalkeeper Jaime Duran recorded three saves to uphold the win, while goals from junior defender Daniel Drage and sophomore forward Hayden Clark contributed offensively.

 

• No. 25 Tiffin defeated Northern Michigan, recording two goals, scored by Zach Garcia and Noah Purtz. Nick Cherry held down the Dragons on defense, recording a save during the 90 minutes. Tiffin defense held the Wildcats to only five shot attempts.

 

• Walsh picked up a close 1-0 versus Slippery Rock. The Cavaliers' singular goal was scored by Bobby Moore and assisted by Kostas Paxos. Pedro Costa kept the game alive in the net, recording a total of 8 saves.
