INDIANAPOLIS– The Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) is pleased to announce the addition of three communications interns for the 2026-27 academic year: Taylor Davidson of Ashland University, Sophia Helton of Tiffin University, and Jake Segulin of Lake Erie College.

Davidson, Helton and Segulin will assist the G-MAC communications department with a variety of conference initiatives, including storytelling, social media, digital content, championship coverage, feature writing, and other communications projects throughout the academic year.

The internship program provides the three students with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in collegiate athletics communications while working alongside the G-MAC staff and collaborating with the conference's 13 member institutions. The experience will allow each intern to develop skills in writing, content creation, social media strategy, event coverage and strategic communications.
