Men’s Basketball
Fatih Huyuk / Kentucky Wesleyan College/ Sr. / Forward / Hatay, Turkey
Kentucky Wesleyan’s Fatih Huyuk averaged a double-double as the Panthers strung together two wins over Illinois Springfield and IU Southeast. He poured in 28 points and grabbed 10 rebounds while shooting 14-21 from the field in a non-conference victory over Illinois Springfield. The senior forward then went on to score 12 points and add 12 points in a 77-68 victory over IU Southeast.
 
Women’s Basketball
Sereniti Webb/ Thomas More University/ Sr./ Forward / Covington, Ky.
Sereniti Webb helped the Saints improve to 9-1 on the year with wins over GLIAC opponents Saginaw Valley and Purdue Northwest. For the week, the senior forward averaged 24.5 points, eight rebounds, and one assist. She shot 65% from the field and 75% from the charity stripe.
