Following in the footsteps of teammate and Week 1 offensive winner Daouda Sylla, Moore had his talents on display under the lights against a former GLIAC opponent and No. 2 Ferris State.

The talented junior wideout and Lindy’s Preseason All-American hauled in nine receptions for 125 yards and three touchdowns against a talented Bulldogs’ secondary.

All three touchdown catches were from 19 yards out as he tied a single-game conference record held by Jacksonville Jaguars receiver Keelan Cole, who had three TD’s in a game twice in 2016. The nine catches are the third-most in a single game.

Moore’s first touchdown opened up the Findlay scoring with a in the first quarter to cap a 77-yard drive. He also made scoring catches in the red zone in both the third and fourth quarters to aid the Oilers’ offensive cause.

Moore now has 1,918 career receiving yards at UF, just 24 yards shy of breaking into the top five all-time in the school record books. This season, he has 11 catches for 176 yards in two games played.
