Corrick was on a torrid seven-game hit streak for her first of what could be many conference accolades as G-MAC Player of the Week. The Pioneers faced Ursuline and Alderson Broaddus in conference play along with future league member Walsh in a home doubleheader.
The homegrown product from Canton put up one of the best stat lines on April 21 by completing the cycle. She was a perfect 4-for-4 with five RBI.
Corrick doubled in her first at-bat and drove in a pair with a two-run single in the second inning. In the top of the fourth she legged out a run-scoring triple and completed the cycle by going yard with a two-run blast in the sixth inning.
The next day, she was a home run shy of accomplishing the feat twice in as many days. She went 4-for-5 with a single, double and triple, leading off the Pioneers’ lineup.
She completed the week with a .643 batting average (18-for-28) with 10 RBI, five doubles, three triples, six runs scored and a homer. She had a slugging percentage of 1.143 and sported an on-base percentage of .655.
