Knox set the conference javelin record a week ago at the Cedarville Yellow Jacket Open and approached his PR with another strong effort at the Hanover Invitational.
Knox helped the Yellow Jackets to a runner-up placing in the team standings and the freshman from Everett, Pa., threw nearly 179 feet to now own the No. 1 and 2 marks all-time in league history.
The Yellow Jackets’ men finished second out of 17 teams in attendance.
