Simon and the Senators played their way to a pair of conference wins in the past week against Kentucky Wesleyan and Cedarville, both on the road.
In the opener, Simon defeated Elizabeth Greer of KWC 6-0, 6-1. She then defeated Hallie Hardwick of Cedarville 6-0, 6-2.
In doubles, she paired up with Laura Fermosel for 8-0 and 8-3 wins in the two matches.
D&E is now 5-6 overall on the year (2-0 G-MAC). Simon is 6-5 in singles action and has the same record in doubles.
