Andrews, the eventual hero in the 2015 G-MAC Championship game vs. Cedarville with a two-run double, picked up right where she left off and mashed opposing pitching to start her spring.
Andrews clubbed a pair of home runs and was 4-for-8 at the plate and three runs scored. A double gave her three extra-base hits in her first two games and a total of five RBI.
In the opener, Andrews slugged the team's first home run of the season in the top of the fourth inning after Alex Richardson led off the frame with a single.
Batting cleanup again in game two, Andrews doubled, homered and had an RBI single in her final three plate appearances.
