Ursuline sophomore forward Camryn Hill was named the fourth Great Midwest Athletic Conference Women’s Basketball Athlete of the Week for 2015-16 on Monday.

This is Hill’s second weekly conference honor for the 2015-16 season after the Arrows routed Wilberforce and Ohio Christian in the past week of play.

Hill averaged an impressive 26 points and 15 rebounds per contest while sporting a field-goal percentage north of 68 percent.

Ursuline improved to 6-1 on the year and is undefeated (4-0) at home in its new Seidman Gymnasium in the Sister Diana Stano Athletic Center.

Hill helped the Arrows find their target by hitting the century mark as a team scoring total with 20 points and 11 boards in 29 minutes. She pulled down four rebounds on the offensive glass and had two assists, a block and two steals.

Hill shot 7-of-10 from the field and additionally sank six free throws as Ursuline cruised by a 42-point margin of victory.

Against Ohio Christian, she was an interior force, carving out 32 points and 19 rebounds, a season-high total in the G-MAC so far this season.

Hill was efficient once again with an 11-of-18 shooting effort and also displayed touch from long range, sinking 3-of-3 beyond the arc. She was a perfect 7-of-7 at the line and swatted two more shots.

Ursuline won by 20 and the Arrows are just two wins shy of equaling last year’s total from the 2014-15 season.

Hill is currently tied for third in the league in scoring (15.3 ppg) with teammate Brigan Wymer. She also ranks second in the G-MAC in rebounding (10.1 rpg) only behind teammate Laney Lewis.
