Ray competed at the Penn State National Open, placing sixth in the Invite 400-meter. Her time of 54.78 was a school record, NCAA provisional mark and the fifth fastest in D-II. She also came ninth in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.64, 17th best in D-II and an NCAA provisional mark. On the team side, she competed with the 4x400-meter relay team that finished first with a time of 3:40.70. This was also a school and G-MAC record, the second best time in D-II and an NCAA provisional mark.
