TeSlaa helped the Chargers improve to 2-0 on the year with a 35-17 win over Walsh. The sophomore caught eight passes for a total of 189 yards and three touchdowns. He broke the top-ten in program history for single-game receiving yards and leads the nation at 346 yards and five touchdowns through two games. He is one of only two players with over 300 yards receiving and one of three players with four or more receiving touchdowns.
