The Trojans handed Tiffin their first loss and salvaged a hard-earned one point in the league standings vs. co-preseason favorite Findlay through a tie in a very successful week.
Now in a share for first place with Ohio Valley, Trevecca will look to score even more points on the road this week at Malone and Ursuline.
Legg scored twice for the Trojans in less than a 10-minute span to help defeat Tiffin by a final count of 4-0.
She scored first during the tail end of the opening half in the 34th minute before scoring shortly after the second half whistle in the 46th minute. Both of her goals were assisted by teammate Madison Carby.
The Trojans took 14 shots in that game as Legg, a starting forward, scored on the only shots she attempted.
