In Friday’s meet at NDC, Loewe won the 50 yard breaststroke in 27.07 and the 100 yard breaststroke in 49.63. He was also a member of the winning 400 meter relay team with Oliver Ehmann, Jakub Adamski and Braden Knoch, that touched at 3:40.96.
On Saturday, the two teams competed at Perry High School in Canton, OH, where all events and times were in Short Term Meters (STM).
Loewe won the 100 STM breaststroke and 200 STM breaststroke in times of 1:05.07 and 2:33.24, respectively. He joined teammates Ehmann, Knoch and Ezra Ferguson to win the 200 STM freestyle relay with a time of 1:56.67.
The sophomore has earned Athlete of the Week honors for two consecutive weeks.
