Boehm turned in an absolute gem with a quality start and six innings of shutout ball against Cedarville as the Dragons took three of four from the Yellow Jackets in the weekend slate.
Boehm made his fourth start in the rotation in Game 3 of the series, a Tiffin 12-2 run, as the offense provided ample run support.
Boehm scattered five hits and struck out nine hitters, a season best total after whiffing six vs. Walsh. He did not give up an earned run and he walked two.
The sophomore righty now has a 3-1 record this spring with a 2.70 ERA and 28 strikeouts in 26.2 innings pitched.
