Marable usually crosses the line first before the field in pretty much any event so far that we’ve seen in the 2020-21 indoor season. Factoring his most recent performance at The Sequential Border War with Ashland/Hillsdale, the junior speedster already has five individual wins to his credit in just three events.
He clocked another provisional time in his signature event, the 400-meter dash, which continues to rank among the top marks in Division II.
Marable finished in 48.96, which is his second-best effort of the year (48.23 at the Tiffin Challenge) and ranks only behind Lee’s Wynand Du Toit (47.18) nationally.
Marable earned his second indoor conference athlete of the week honor for the season and also the fourth indoor nod of his career.
