Riley erupted for nine points in a thrilling finish against Ohio Northern, the Arrows’ first victory of the spring campaign.

The junior scored four goals and handed out five assists, tying for the second-most points in a single game in conference history. The current record is 10 set by Lake Erie’s Anna Spin in two different games in 2018.

With 5:59 in the first half, Riley netted a game-tying goal, her second of the contest, after the Arrows started out with a 5-0 lead.

In the second half, she scored in back-to-back fashion, pulling the Arrows to another 9-9 stalemate.

She assisted yet another game-tying goal from teammate Julia Zackey and helped on another UC score with just over 90 seconds remaining to force overtime.

Riley now has a total of 10 points in the two games played so far this spring.

Ursuline (1-1) successfully rebounded after a tough season-opening test against then-No. 15 Mercyhurst.
