Lehotay contributed to two of the conference’s best season times in the mile and the distance medley relay as Walsh participated in the SPIRE Midwest Open.
After having a strong cross country campaign with another NCAA Championship appearance, the junior clocked a 4:56.99 in the mile, a provisional-qualifying time.
Lehotay won the event with 84 total runners broken up into six different heats. She is the lone provisional qualifier in the mile from the Great Midwest this year.
In the distance medley relay, she combined with Alexa Leppelmeier, Jetaiya Smith and Megan Soehnlen, for a time of 12:02.90.
The Cavaliers won the event and came close to breaking through with one of the top 10 performances in league history.
