Campbell shined in her first new games of 2019 with all-around numbers that had her flirting with triple-doubles. Among all players in the league, she tied for the lead in scoring and paced the conference in rebounding.
Campbell averaged 18 points, 10 rebounds and 5.5 assists, while shooting almost 46 percent from the field.
At home against first-place Cedarville, Campbell led the Pioneers in scoring with a 17-point effort. She was a perfect 11-for-11 on free throws and pulled down eight rebounds to go with three assists and a steal.
She continued her stellar play in Canton with a double-double against Tiffin. The first-year guard produced 19 points and 12 rebounds and was just two assists shy of a rare triple-double.
She had a new career-high total in assists (8) after dishing out seven dimes against Wisconsin-Parkside earlier in the year.
Campbell has shouldered a considerable amount of the offensive load as a freshman and has led Malone in scoring seven times already. She currently leads the Pioneers in scoring and is ninth in the conference in 2018-19 with 13.4 ppg.
Campbell also ranks 11th in the league in rebounding (5.9) and is fifth in assists (3.6).
Malone is currently 5-9 overall with a 3-5 mark in the Great Midwest schedule.
