The Trojans are winners in five of their last seven, effectively matching last year’s win total for the entire season in just the first two weeks of competition.
 
This past week reflected the young program’s noticeable growth for coach Jayme Crowley and first-year associate head coach Emily Moore. Moore is directing the team on the court and in practice with coach Crowley providing program executive duties and support at home games and in practice allowing Dr. Crowley to work through a health issue that currently limiting her ability to travel.
 
The Trojans turned the tables with a rousing five set come-from-behind victory at home against Ursuline. TNU rallied from down two sets to none in both team’s conference opener.
 
After falling to Lake Erie, Trevecca went on the road to pull off sweeps in cross divisional play against Davis & Elkins and Alderson Broaddus.
 
Clements was a force in the middle, averaging close to two kills and a block per set while hitting over .451 in 14 total games spread out through four matches.
 
Clements tallied 51 attack attempts and served up a pair of aces while contributed 11 block assists in TNU’s three wins.
 
Clements is the current league leader throughout the Great Midwest in hitting percentage (.406) on the season.
