The 2017 G-MAC Co-Freshman of the Year Nowicki had the numbers for both offensive and defensive consideration as the Arrows hunt for the final playoff spot in the conference tournament.
Nowicki helped Ursuline go 2-1 over the past week as she collected 17 ground balls against Ohio Valley, Davis & Elkins and Alderson Broaddus.
Nowicki also averaged over six points per game on the offensive end of the field while 21 of her 23 shots taken were on goal.
The sophomore produced eight points vs. Ohio Valley with six goals and a pair of assists. She also added four goals and three helpers against D&E for seven points and had four points vs. AB (2 G, 2 A).
Nowicki has 42 goals on the season to rank third in the league. She currently leads all players in the conference in ground balls (52) and ground balls per game (3.47).
