Langer wins the West Division weekly award for the second consecutive time after helping lead Hillsdale to the conference championship trophy and an automatic-qualifying bid into the NCAA Championship Midwest Regional.
The lone senior on the Chargers’ championship roster, Langer hit .307 while averaging 4.10 kills per set in 10 total games for the three matches. She also averaged 3.20 digs and had seven blocks.
Langer only played two sets in a straight-set decision against No. 4 Davis & Elkins (East) to open the conference tournament, but she had eight kills on nine swings (.889) and came up with five digs.
She continued to shine in the semifinals with a 22-kill, 14-dig display against Walsh as the Chargers prevailed in four sets.
Langer provided 11 kills and 13 digs for another double-double in the championship final as she went head-to-head against Findlay’s front line.
