Cerny was kept busy during her two contests this week and ultimately was a decisive factor in helping the Arrows turn in a postseason upset against No. 4 Cedarville.
Her final regular season game came in the form of a double overtime victory against Lake Erie. In 110 minutes in goal, Cerny recorded 12 saves, including three in the overtime periods.
She also put up an impressive performance in the quarterfinal matchup against Cedarville on the road. She helped lead her team to victory with an impressive nine saves in regulation to keep the score knotted at zero.
With the score remaining tied 0-0 after the second overtime period, the game went into penalty kicks, where Cerny helped send Ursuline to the conference semifinals against Ohio Valley.
