Miorelli missed all of 2016 with a season-ending injury and redshirted. Her road to recovery is notable as she continues to carve out her place in conference history as one of the league’s premier standouts.
Miorelli scored a pair of goals and had an assist as Cedarville beat Alderson Broaddus and Davis & Elkins over the past week.
She also factored into the game-winning plays for each contest. Miorelli scored the game-winning goal against AB and assisted the game winner against D&E.
Miorelli currently ranks second all-time in Great Midwest history in career assists with 28. She is currently fourth in career goals with 35 and her next one would tie for fourth all-time.
All told, the talented playmaker has quietly accumulated 98 points in her career to date, putting her third all-time only behind Jacoby Ziegler’s 139 (Cedarville, 2012-15) and Vanessa Consiglio’s 138 (Ursuline, 2012-15) points.
