Turner was the medalist at the Dan Salisbury Memorial as the Trojans finished runner-up in a nine-team field.
The freshman posted a two-round score of 141 (-3) at the Panther Creek Golf Course in Springfield, Ill., including a first-round score of 69.
He claimed first in the 53-player field by a margin of six strokes over second-place Louis Bagur of Illinois Springfield. TNU was just three strokes of first place and tourney host Illinois Springfield for top team honors.
Turner now ranks second in the conference in scoring average on the season at a 70.86 pace per 18 holes.
